Add /my command and improve message handling

Changes

  • Added new /my command to show groups the user has joined in the current chat
  • Added message reply functionality to all bot responses
  • Updated help docs to include the new /my command

Technical Details

  • Modified sendMessage calls to include original message for replies
  • Renamed some operation functions for better clarity
  • Updated storage method names for consistency
  • Improved typing indicator placement in message handling
