Summary

This PR improves Bluetooth reliability/debuggability on Windows and Linux, fixes a UI layout issue in Bluetooth device selection, and updates release CI tooling.

  • feat(transport): extensive debug logging in transports
  • fix(transport): early fail on notification subscription in Bluetooth transport
  • fix(logging): trying to fix logging on Windows
