Derive low-precision neighbor info data from received gateway IDs.

#60 brings new data on which node pushed the event to the MQTT. It may give us some information on which nodes are connected with each other. It couldn't be considered highly reliable information, but could be used to determine connectivity data with some level of confidence.

Note

Packets could be received not from the origin node, but from the node retransmitting them.
